12 months on, we’re delighted to announce that we have successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification following an independent external audit, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes for the families we support. The certification was awarded with an exceptional result, achieving zero non-conformities and zero recommendations for improvement.
This outcome is a testament to the dedication, expertise and commitment of team across the organisation. Every day, our teams work tirelessly to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and young people, and this certification reflects the quality culture that exists throughout Witherslack Group.
