In-house therapy
Every child’s journey is different, but our unique approach ensures that the outcomes remain the same; inspirational achievements and stunning stories of success.
We believe that unless a pupil is able to feel emotionally secure they are less likely to fulfil their personal, social and educational potential. This is why we developed our Wave Model. Our unique approach to supporting children and young people enables them to go on to realise a future filled with aspiration and achievement.

Meet our team
Our unrivalled in-house therapeutic support encompasses exceptional expertise, a diverse range of available therapies and a high ratio of qualified therapists and clinicians to young people.
Children have the support of our in-house Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other specialist professionals as required.
Last year, the team dedicated 300,000 hours of clinical support. Every hour represents our commitment to further enabling friendship, confidence and independence.

The Wave Model
We believe that unless a young person is able to feel emotionally secure they are less likely to fulfil their personal, social and educational potential.
Our unique approach to supporting young people through our Wave Model enables them to go on to realise a future filled with aspiration and achievement.

Innovative Modalities
We are committed to sector leading clinical practice as we continue to explore the integration of cutting-edge modalities to improve the outcomes of our pupils.
One example of this is our Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). This is an evidence-based listening therapy and a practical application of Polyvagal Theory, designed to reduce sound sensitivities and improve auditory processing, behavioural state regulation, and social engagement behaviours through specially filtered music.
We are already seeing some real benefits of this approach. From better sleep to increased engagement in class and reduction in anxieties.
