Our mission
The work that we do now not only helps our children and young people today but positively impacts society in the future. We are committed to leading by example, caring for the communities we serve and taking action to drive sustainability forward.
We want to accelerate new behaviours that will help to deliver lasting change across our sector. As an educational provider, we are uniquely placed to educate our young people, lead by example in how we embed more sustainable practices, and drive change among our partners and suppliers.

To further support them, we will invest in local projects to enhance the lives of our children, young people, their families, and the community.
Leading the way in environmental education
The Eco-Schools programme provides a simple, seven-step framework empowering young people to make a difference in their school, local community and beyond.
After working through the seven Eco-Schools steps, 6 of our schools have now received this award, with 18 Schools on track to achieve the award by August 2024.
Finding energy innovatively
We plan on utilising locally sourced materials and passive design strategies to minimise carbon emissions from construction.
Innovative energy systems, including solar panels and geothermal heating will power the school while offsetting emissions through carbon capture and storage initiatives.
Serving the SEN community
There are currently 1.5 million children with SEN across the UK. 40k parents, carers and professionals accessed our free expert advice and support in 2023 alone and with our growth plan in place, we will reach more parents, carers and professionals than ever before.
Our Future mission
We believe that every child deserves the right to have a future filled with happiness, purpose and success, and we commit to supporting our young people to achieve this. Our Futures Team offer career advice, support, work experience, ambassador sessions and work placements, with the aim to support our young people into employment.
