ITAC
Every team member works together with each other, keeping the young person at the heart of everything that we do. We call this approach our Integrated Team Around the Child (ITAC) model. This approach enables us to deliver our services in a bespoke, integrated and coherent way to get the best possible outcomes for each young person.
Wave Model
We believe that unless a young person is able to feel emotionally secure they are less likely to fulfil their personal, social and educational potential this is why we developed our Wave Model enabling children and young people to go on to realise a future filled with aspiration and achievement.
Positive Behaviour Support
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) focuses on equipping our team with the skills, expertise and empathy to understand, connect and replace challenging behaviours with positive, informed choices.
