A fitting farewell full of joy
Year 6 pupils and their parents, carers and staff came together to celebrate their time at Chilworth House School, where they reminisced and made even more great memories.
The morning began with a continental breakfast. They then proceeded to the hall, where they enjoyed the Leavers Assembly. Pupils and staff shared their experiences and memories with videos and photos that reflected their journey.
Following the assembly, everyone gathered for a barbecue lunch, thoughtfully organised by the kitchen staff in collaboration with the Upper School. After devouring the spread, there was an afternoon of fun activities, including a bouncy castle, bush-craft, dodgeball, zorbing, craft stalls and much more. The activities brought immense joy and added an element of fun to the day’s celebrations.
The day was the perfect opportunity to allow everyone to reflect on their time at Chilworth House School and celebrate the accomplishments of Year 6 pupils. It was a day filled with laughter, shared memories, and heartfelt goodbyes; a fitting farewell as pupils embark on the next chapter of their journey in education.
