Culinary magic

Year 11 pupils from Avon Park School recently popped on their chef hats and created gluten-free dishes as part of their GCSE Food Technology project.

During the session, they put to test their culinary skills to rustle up the most delicious lasagne and garlic bread, featuring all the key elements, including a cheese sauce, a melt-in-the-mouth tangy tomato sauce and perfectly cooked meat.

Deputy Head Teacher, Ed Wright commented:

"There are many perks to working at this school but trying this delicious, flavoursome food is definitely one of them!  Who knows, there may be a new master chef in town."
