Pupils nail morning routine
Pupils in Oak Class from Lakeside School have been taking part in a new and exciting exercise regime. Introduced and led by Ryan Ball, TA, the class has enjoyed taking part in yoga, stretching exercises, and aerobics.
They have been learning about the benefits of exercise too and how developing core stability is of great importance as it helps with completing daily tasks. The pupils also explored the importance of managing to breathe and how this can enable a better outcome of participation and its impact on mental health and wellbeing; it allows you to tune in and gain knowledge of our inner strength.
Oak Class has a new found enthusiasm for exercise and have found that it leads to more positive days in class.
Well done everyone!
