A taste of India
Pupils and staff from Birch and Alder classes at Chilworth House School recently rolled up their sleeves to take part in a cooking lesson with Teaching Assistant, Kumari Parul.
They cooked up a storm by making tasty stuffed aloo parathas (a flatbread with potato stuffing). During the session, they adhered to hygiene rules, and pupils quickly learned the art of stuffing, rolling and even skilfully flipping their flavoursome savoury treats.
The session was a great success as proud pupils tried and tasted their delicious creations and kindly shared them amongst pupils and staff in the school.
