Pupils and the team at Hall Cliffe School recently embarked on a challenge to conquer the highest mountain in Wales, Snowdown.

After weeks of preparation and training, the adventurers took on their first challenge of meeting at 5:30 am. The team rallied together, maintaining high levels of enthusiasm and motivation. Despite facing various challenges along the way, they reached the summit, standing tall at an impressive 1085 meters.

Teacher Lyam Atterbury said: “It was an awesome achievement. All of the boys did amazingly well, and all pushed themselves out of their comfort zones. I am immensely proud of them!
