Stage 2 - Application
What You Do

What We Do
We’ll introduce you to our company and organise an appropriate time and date for your interview, alongside providing the key information you will require.
💡 Tip: Be ready to talk about your availability for interview and have any questions prepared for the role and the interview.

What We Do
If your role is based in education we will take you on a school tour as well as meeting some of the team. We will then review your interview and task as a panel to determine your suitability for the role.
💡 Tip: Take your time—quality over speed and ask us anything, this is your chance to interview us too.
