10.15am-11.15am: Promoting Positive Mental Health & Well-Being In Children
Presented by Lisa Rudge, Director of Parent Services for The ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity
- Exploring how to promote positive mental health and well-being in your child by building confidence, emotional resilience and self-esteem.
11.30am-12.30pm: Supporting Your Child's Communication, Sensory & Self-Regulation Needs
Presented by our Clinical Services Team.
- An introduction to therapeutic practices to support your child at home, looking at communication, the environment, sensory support and self-care for parents.
1.30pm-2.30pm: Understanding & Exploring The Impact Of Sleep
Presented by Helen Rutherford, Sleep Practitioner from The Sleep Charity
- Understanding the physiology of sleep, why children with SEN struggle more than other children, and a tool-kit of strategies tailored for our children.
