We encourage everyone to celebrate the great work that happens every day

One of the real highlights of our year is our annual Staff Inspiration Awards. This is a truly special day and sees us gather together to celebrate the amazing achievements and inspirational moments that our staff have realised over the previous twelve months. Of course, we don’t just do this once a year, we encourage everyone to celebrate and shine a light on the great work that happens every day across Team WG.

However, our Inspiration Awards are the icing on the cake where we really go to town on acknowledging how valuable and unique our staff are and how lucky we are as a Group to have them as part of our team.  It’s a day when smiles and laughter are the backdrop to the awards ceremony, with plenty of cheering and applause thrown in for good measure.
