Purpose
To advise, support and provide governance to the Witherslack Group of Schools
Ltd.
To provide leadership (and management) to the Head
Teachers and the senior leadership teams within the Witherslack Group of Schools
Ltd.
To liaise with outside agencies (Local Authorities, Children’s Trusts, SEN Regional Partnerships,
Ofsted, Primary Care Trusts, Commissioning Organisations) to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
To establish and maintain quality assurance systems which
ensure a high level of quality education and care within the Witherslack Group of Schools
Ltd.
To oversee and develop future acquisitions within the Witherslack Group of Schools
Ltd in order that they provide a standard of education and care expected by the Witherslack Group of Schools
Ltd Board of Directors.
To report directly to the Witherslack Group of Schools Limited Board of Directors.

Purpose
To provide quality assurance, consultancy and induction packages to the Witherslack Group of Schools.
To deliver continuing professional development programmes both to the Witherslack Group of Schools and to other organisations.
To establish and develop links with business, commerce and industry, providing training in a range of subjects including Institute of Leadership and Management courses, psychometric measure programmes and induction materials.
To establish and maintain links with other education and care establishments, providing them with training and development programmes, consultancy and quality assurance.
